Haulage

Corrigan Contractors offer a specialist haulage service; we have capabilities in place to move loads up to 150 tonnes.

We undertake the planning of all abnormal and specialist loads including route planning, submitting notifications and obtaining all necessary prior permissions.

Our drivers are experienced in carrying out abnormal loads throughout Scotland. Their knowledge is invaluable for pre-planning routes and their input allows us to ensure that the most suitable and efficient route is taken, thus minimising any potential downtime due to unsuitable routes or unforeseen obstacles.

We offer a special vehicle escort service when required and/or arrange police escorts where necessary.

Crane Hire

Our Volvo truck with a Palfinger PK78002 crane is available to hire. Depending on client requirements we have an in-house appointed person and are fully insured to undertake contracts that require all aspects of Health and Safety, including Lift Plan, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

We also have a GMT 035 grapple saw attachment. With a 31m reach, it allows for a safe and efficient system when dismantling diseased or dangerous trees, especially where site access is an issue
